On March 14, 2026, we predicted that the April portal window would receive less national coverage than any portal window since the rule was instituted. The actual coverage volume, measured by national-outlet column-inches, was the second-lowest of any window. Aged well, with a footnote: the May 2024 dead-period was lower.
